Shipping Labels layout

Attached are the UPS shipping labels.

I recommend taping a ziplock bag to the box. Put the shipping label and 3 Invoice forms in the Zip Lock bag as all forms need to be accessible for the custom agents.

If you are not using a new box ensure that all old labels/tracking #s/stickers, especially Hazmat stickers (i.e battery,chemical, poision stickers) are removed. Failure to do so could cause a delay in package delivery.

Look at the shipping labels layout image for a reference.

The value of goods stated on the invoice is for customs purposes only, and there is no requirement foy you to pay any fees or duties.

If paying by check:

Check needs to be a certified check.

Please put the check in the box with the ECU's and made out to TM Ag Tuning.
