Volvo L220G ECU and ACM removal

TO remove the ECU

1. Turn off the voltage with the battery disconnector.
2. Remove the engine cover on the right side.
3. Disconnect the pipe for crankcase ventilation.

3. Disconnect the cable clamps for the alternator cable.
4. Unplug the connectors from the E-ECU and loosen the cable harness clamps.
5. Disconnect the cooling coil from the ECU and move the cooling coil aside.

After tuning the ACM needs unplugged and left unplugged

1. Turn off the voltage with the battery disconnector.
2. Unplug the connector from the ACM and remove the cable harness' clamp.
